Private Does Not Mean Unbounded

Ours is a private diary service shared with a partner, not a public social network. Private space still does not allow illegal or non-consensual content.

Partner-visible content can affect another person's privacy and emotional safety. Users must respect the other person's consent and safety.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, sexual exploitation, harassment, threats, stalking, hateful or violent incitement, encouragement of self-harm or harm to others, promotion of illegal acts, and rights-infringing content are prohibited.

Partner matching, invite codes, notifications, and support channels must not be used to pressure or harass another person.

Users must not upload or share another person's photos, diaries, or personal information without permission.

Minors and Guardians

Ours may be used by people of different ages, but it is not directed primarily to children.

In Korea, users under 14 may need legal guardian consent and guidance to use the service.

Legal guardians can contact [email protected] about a child's account, personal data, content, or deletion request.

Reports and Enforcement

Report safety issues, rights violations, non-consensual imagery, or child-safety concerns to [email protected].

Ours may restrict or remove content or account access in response to reports, legal requests, security risks, or Terms violations.

If there is urgent danger, contact local emergency services, guardians, professionals, or relevant authorities before Ours support.
