파트너에게 표시되는 콘텐츠는 상대방에게 정서적, 사생활적 영향을 줄 수 있습니다. 사용자는 상대방의 동의와 안전을 존중해야 합니다.

Ours is a private diary service shared with a partner, not a public social network. Private space still does not allow illegal or non-consensual content.
Partner-visible content can affect another person's privacy and emotional safety. Users must respect the other person's consent and safety.
Prohibited Content and Conduct

비동의 사적 이미지, 미성년자의 성적 콘텐츠, 성적 착취, 괴롭힘, 협박, 스토킹, 혐오 또는 폭력 선동, 자해·타해 조장, 불법 행위 조장, 타인의 권리 침해 콘텐츠는 금지됩니다.
파트너 연결, 초대 코드, 알림, 문의 기능을 상대방에게 압박이나 괴롭힘을 주는 방식으로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
타인의 사진, 일기, 개인정보를 허락 없이 업로드하거나 공유해서는 안 됩니다.

Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, sexual exploitation, harassment, threats, stalking, hateful or violent incitement, encouragement of self-harm or harm to others, promotion of illegal acts, and rights-infringing content are prohibited.
Partner matching, invite codes, notifications, and support channels must not be used to pressure or harass another person.
Users must not upload or share another person's photos, diaries, or personal information without permission.
Minors and Guardians

Ours는 다양한 연령의 사용자가 이용할 수 있지만, 아동을 주 대상으로 하는 서비스는 아닙니다.
한국에서 만 14세 미만 사용자는 법정대리인의 동의와 지도 아래 서비스를 이용해야 할 수 있습니다.
법정대리인이 아동의 계정, 개인정보, 콘텐츠, 삭제 요청에 관해 문의하려면 team.samgakji@gmail.com로 연락해 주세요.

Ours may be used by people of different ages, but it is not directed primarily to children.
In Korea, users under 14 may need legal guardian consent and guidance to use the service.
Legal guardians can contact team.samgakji@gmail.com about a child's account, personal data, content, or deletion request.

Ours는 신고, 법적 요청, 보안 위험, 약관 위반에 대응하기 위해 콘텐츠 또는 계정 접근을 제한하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
긴급한 위험이 있으면 Ours 지원보다 먼저 현지 긴급 전화, 보호자, 전문가, 관계 기관에 연락해야 합니다.
