Delete in the App

앱에서 로그인한 뒤 Settings 또는 설정 화면으로 이동합니다.
Delete account 또는 계정 삭제 항목을 선택하고 확인 절차를 완료합니다.
삭제가 완료되면 앱은 세션을 종료하고 로그인 화면으로 돌아갑니다.

Log in to the app and open Settings.
Select Delete account and complete the confirmation flow.
After deletion completes, the app signs out and returns to the sign-in screen.
Request Without App Access

앱을 삭제했거나, 로그인할 수 없거나, 추가 삭제 요청이 필요하면 team.samgakji@gmail.com로 이메일을 보내 주세요.
이메일 제목은 가능하면 "Ours account deletion request"로 작성하고, 계정 이메일, 닉네임, 삭제 요청 범위를 포함해 주세요.
본인 확인 또는 법정대리인 확인을 위해 추가 정보를 요청할 수 있습니다.

If you deleted the app, cannot log in, or need a broader deletion request, email team.samgakji@gmail.com.
If possible, use the subject "Ours account deletion request" and include the account email, nickname, and requested deletion scope.
We may request additional information to verify account ownership or legal guardian authority.
Deletion Scope

본인 확인 후 활성 서비스 시스템에서 계정, 프로필, 인증 관련 계정 레코드, 파트너 연결 정보, 사용자가 생성한 일기 데이터와 이미지, 지원 데이터 중 해당 계정과 연결된 정보를 삭제하거나 비식별화하기 위해 합리적인 조치를 취합니다.
백업, 보안 로그, 장애 분석 기록, 악용·사기 방지 기록, 법적 보존 의무가 있는 기록, 이미 파트너에게 표시된 공유 콘텐츠는 즉시 전부 삭제되지 않을 수 있습니다.
현재 시스템 동작상 모든 객체 스토리지 이미지, 백업, 로그가 계정 삭제 즉시 완전 삭제된다고 약속하지 않습니다.

After verification, Ours takes reasonable steps to delete or de-identify account data, profile data, authentication-related account records, partner connection data, user-created diary data and images, and support data linked to the account from active service systems.
Backups, security logs, incident diagnostics, abuse/fraud prevention records, legally required records, and shared content already shown to a partner may not be deleted immediately from every system.
Given current system behavior, Ours does not promise that every object-storage image, backup, or log is fully deleted immediately when an account is deleted.

앱 내 삭제는 가능한 즉시 처리됩니다. 이메일 요청은 본인 확인과 요청 범위 확인 후 가능한 한 빠르게 확인하고 처리합니다.
처리가 완료되었거나 추가 확인이 필요한 경우 이메일로 안내할 수 있습니다.

In-app deletion is processed as soon as reasonably possible. Email requests are acknowledged and processed as soon as reasonably possible after identity and request scope are verified.
Ours may reply by email when processing is complete or when additional verification is needed.
